I have a passion for helping people take control of their health through real, whole-food nutrition. I graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Nutrition, but my journey didn’t stop there. After discovering the power of holistic wellness, I pursued further education through the Nutritional Therapy Association’s NTP program, where I deepened my understanding of how nutrition influences every aspect of our well-being.
In today’s world, so many people struggle with symptoms like fatigue, bloating, brain fog, hormonal imbalances, and more—only to be offered quick fixes that never truly solve the problem. My mission is to help you find real, lasting solutions by addressing the root cause of your health concerns, rather than just masking the symptoms.
